Architectural Renderings
Tim will construct an original rendering of your proposed home or commercial building. For a stunning delineation, send him your blueprints of your proposed home or commercial building along with the color schedule of the exterior including siding, shutters, roof, etc.
Architectural renderings are created on a custom order basis. If you are interested in obtaining a quote, please call 440-622-5950.
In the example below, a photo of the existing building is enlarged to a 30” x 24” format. What the new building will look like is painted right on the photo. The authenticity of the site stays intact. The utility lines, poles and snow are taken out creating a clean fair weather scene.

How are the originals created, what mediums/techniques are used?
Timothy works with Gouache, a high quality, opaque water color. Windsor Newton Gouache gives your rendering or house portrait a brush less, smooth, radiant, new-like appearance. The renderings are painted on illustration board and mounted on foam core. The original is sent to you for your presentation / marketing purposes.
